I've been doing a lot of traveling since November. From West Coast to East Coast and many spots in between. I've been thinking about where I want this blog to go and a friend of mine mentioned to me that I always find the coolest new things and everyone else ought to know. Mozilla's Prism software is dead easy and I'm having too much fun throwing my favorite web apps onto my desktop! I picked up a really cool snippet from Ionut Alex Chitu's blog http://googlesystem.blogspot.com/ that allows you access straight to GMail's new Contact app without needing the rest of Gmail!
Simply install Mozilla's Prism software and then add this URL:
http://mail.google.com/mail/contacts/ui/ContactManager?js=RAW
and you're all done!
Now you can have the iPhone version of Facebook on your WIN32 desktop for easy access via Mozilla's Prism software. After installing Prism add this URL:
http://iphone.facebook.com/login.php?next=http%3A%2F%2Fiphone.facebook.com%2F%3Fw2m
